I have since learned that this comes with consequences, which for me was terrible lower back pain. I saw Juan for dry needling sessions and physical therapy exercises and within just a few sessions/treatments- I literally felt FREED. When you have pain, you forget what life without pain feels like...and wow, it is like a 6845 pound boulder being lifted from your body. I am so happy to have taken control of my life and pain with the help of Dr. Juan.
As an added bonus- Dr. Juan noticed a limitation in my breathing which was causing a lot of pulling on one side of my body. I was unaware that I was breathing incorrectly and not utilizing my full lung capacity. Dr. Juan has been coaching me through exercises that have resulted in improvement in my workouts!

Before I went to see Dr. Juan Guzman, I was having trouble walking, limping badly for almost a year, and eventually diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my right hip. Since my initial consultation with Dr. Guzman, I felt that I was in the right hands. It was more than just therapy; it was an education in my specific condition along with a series of workouts to aid in my rehabilitation. Dr. Guzman collaborated with my fitness coach, as well, to develop a program that helped build up the right muscles to allow me to walk and move better. A year later, I am running and able to exercise effectively with minimal-to-no pain. I had to put in the hard work, but I could not have done it without Dr. Guzman’s expertise and guidance. Among the many services Inspire Health provides, I received needling therapy for a case of “golfer’s elbow” I also had, and it has essentially disappeared. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Guzman.
